Coleslaw and BBQ – Magic Bullet Recipes

Summer is a great time for family picnics, get-togethers and barbecues, so here’s a great recipe for coleslaw that takes no time at all!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of shredded cabbage OR 1 bag that is pre-shredded
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup of Splenda
  • 2 Tablespoons of Skimmed Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
  • 1/2 cup of LIGHT Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon of pineapple OR lemon juice

Place Mayo, Splenda, celery salt, juice and milk into large Magic Bullet container. Whip until creamy, then pour onto the cabbage and carrots. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Chill.

Back from the BBQ and have some leftovers? Take that leftover beef chicken or pork and drop it into your Magic Bullet with a little bit of your favorite BBQ sauce, cover and chill to mingle the flavors. Warm slowly and serve on a toasted bun with sliced onions and pickles for a great no fuss meal.
