Summer is a great time for family picnics, get-togethers and barbecues, so here’s a great recipe for coleslaw that takes no time at all!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of shredded cabbage OR 1 bag that is pre-shredded
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup of Splenda
  • 2 Tablespoons of Skimmed Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
  • 1/2 cup of LIGHT Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon of pineapple OR lemon juice

Place Mayo, Splenda, celery salt, juice and milk into large Magic Bullet container. Whip until creamy, then pour onto the cabbage and carrots. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Chill.

Back from the BBQ and have some leftovers? Take that leftover beef chicken or pork and drop it into your Magic Bullet with a little bit of your favorite BBQ sauce, cover and chill to mingle the flavors. Warm slowly and serve on a toasted bun with sliced onions and pickles for a great no fuss meal.

The latest version of the Magic Bullet blender – the Magic Bullet Pro – is now for sale.

The Magic Bullet Pro is a 20-piece, stainless steel set. It is slightly larger than the original and it’s motor is 40% more powerful! So, in addition to the power base, you get two blades, a blender attachment, two cups, four mugs, two shake/steamer tops, two lids and the recipe book. The new cups have a wider mouth than the original making them easier to fill and clean.

The Magic Bullet Pro does everything a good blender can do – and so much more. As blenders go, it is expensive at $99, but for all it can do, it really is worth it. Just keep it out on your counter and have a cup ready to go and you’ll find new ways to use it everyday. Tuck it away out of easy access and it just turns into another gadget you bought at 3am and can’t remember why.

Don’t know what to use it for? Just keep watching this site, I have more than enough uses for everyone!

The Magic Bullet kitchen gadget has got to be one of the best buys I made when moving to my new house. You can do just about anything in this you can do in a food processor, but clean up is so much easier and it takes up almost no space you can leave it on your counter all the time. It’s great for small apartments like mine where we have nearly no counter space and even less cabinet space. Only problem with it is if you got a recipe book with it, some people didn’t, but there are not many recipes in it. I aim to fix this!

Ok, if you’re here you’ve probably already seen the infomercial but just in case, here it is again:
